GRAND RAPIDS HERE I COME!

Grand Rapids Comic-Con 2025 Promotional Slide

Always a joy to head back to my college (and a few years after) stamping grounds! Especially for the terrific Grand Rapids Comic-Con! As always, they’ve got a wonderful array of Comic Guests, Media Guests, and Artist Alley & Retail Exhibitors. Pop on over to their website for all the details and to find out how to get yourself tickets.

I’ll be at Booth 1038! Hope to see you there!

BACK TO CHARM CITY!

It’s that time of year once again where I head to one of my absolute favorite conventions: BALTIMORE COMIC-CON! I’ve been going for a good long time now. (Only missing once in something like 15-20 years?) The owners and staff are terrific. The show is very comics-centric, which I love. As you can see, they flatter me greatly by the storied company they choose to advertise me among.

One of the other things I love about BCC is that they’ve also managed to add in some media guests along the way without it turning into an autograph show.

Here’s the link to the list of comic creator guests. Here’s the link to the media guests. If you want to learn more about this fabulous show, go the the main site and click around: Baltimore Comic-Con

Hope to see you there!

It’s nearly here! One of my favorite comic conventions of the year! BALTIMORE COMIC-CON! For 25 years now, Baltimore Comic-Con has been a wonderful, family-friendly, comics-oriented show. Just check out this list of COMIC CREATORS guests! Plus even more comics folks in ARTIST ALLEY!

Looking to fill in the gaps of your comics collection or snag some cool comics-inspired memorabilia? The RETAILERS of Baltimore Comic-Con can help with that!

And, yes, there will be some cool MEDIA GUESTS there as well, including the original FLASH from the ’90s TV series, John Wesley Shipp!

Plus publishers, podcasters, and more!

Hope to see you there!!!

HEADING BACK TO G.R.!

That’s right, November 11-13, you’ll be able to find me at Grand Rapids Comic Con! I had a wonderful time at their Spring Fling back in April, so I’m really excited to check out the Big Show at DeVos Place. Visiting G.R. is always like coming home, since I went to college there and lived there for several years after. Hope to see friends old and new at the show!

STANLEY & THE FORGOTTEN FOREST!

In Stores now! Story by Jeff Balke & Paul D. Storrie, Script by Paul D. Storrie, Cover & Interior Art by David Alvarez, Colors by Jeff Balke, and Letters by Janice Chiang. Spooky Season has arrived and so has another tail…er…tale of Stanley & Friends.

Just as Halloween arrives, Chester Chipmunk claims to have solved the mystery of why a nearby woodland is known as the Forgotten Forest. His friends are sure that this is just another of his elaborate pranks. The thing is, his duck friend Billy Billington is going along with it and those two never agree! Reluctantly, Stanley Squirrel and his other friends agree to go along to learn the truth. Only what they find in the shadows under the leaves is far more weird and frightening than how the forest got its name!
