HEADING BACK TO G.R.!

That’s right, November 11-13, you’ll be able to find me at Grand Rapids Comic Con! I had a wonderful time at their Spring Fling back in April, so I’m really excited to check out the Big Show at DeVos Place. Visiting G.R. is always like coming home, since I went to college there and lived there for several years after. Hope to see friends old and new at the show!

Slowly but surely

I still feel a complete WordPress noob, mostly because I am, but I’m slowly making progress on building Storrieville anew. That said, the Bibliography is populated and clicking on covers should take you to a new page with additional info about each book.

Eventually, I plan to add scripts and writing advice on the Writing Stuff page. To be honest, I’m taking a lot of cues from my pal, Sean McKeever, who built his own site with nothing but his own two hands, a keyboard, and a solid knowledge of HTML. Or maybe something else. I don’t know. Ask him.

You should definitely check out his site, because it’s a solid piece of work. As is his writing. Right now he’s doing OUTPOST ZERO through Skybound/Image. Plus lots of his stuff is also available in collected editions. Go to his website for more info.

Like the sign says!

Welcome to the All-New, All-Different (but in many ways the same) Storrieville!

I am your host, Comics’ Paul D. Storrie. Thanks for stopping by.

I’ve had the same web design for the whole of the site’s existence, so I thought it was probably past time for a change. I expect it will take me a bit before I’ve got the hang of all this.

Over the next few hours/days/weeks, I’ll be updating the Storrieville 2.0 to include all the content from the old site and, hopefully, more!
