Heading out in a few days to my last convention appearance of 2024. I’ll once again be a guest of the terrific Grand Rapids Comic Con Fall Show, November 15-17!

It’s nearly here! One of my favorite comic conventions of the year! BALTIMORE COMIC-CON! For 25 years now, Baltimore Comic-Con has been a wonderful, family-friendly, comics-oriented show. Just check out this list of COMIC CREATORS guests! Plus even more comics folks in ARTIST ALLEY!
Looking to fill in the gaps of your comics collection or snag some cool comics-inspired memorabilia? The RETAILERS of Baltimore Comic-Con can help with that!
And, yes, there will be some cool MEDIA GUESTS there as well, including the original FLASH from the ’90s TV series, John Wesley Shipp!
Plus publishers, podcasters, and more!
Hope to see you there!!!
Unless things change in the next month or so, it’s looking like I’ll be closing out my convention season with a bang at the always-fantastic Baltimore Comic-Con October 28-30! I hope to see lots of you there. Check out the website for the legion of amazing guests they’ve got lined up.
April 8-10th I’ll be heading back to my old stomping grounds of Grand Rapids, Michigan! GR has a special place in my heart, because I went to college over there and lived there for several years after. So when I was asked to be a guest at the Grand Rapids Comic Con Spring Fling, I was ecstatic!
Hope to see you there!
Convention season has rolled around again and, having been vaxxed & boosted, I feel fairly comfortable doing the convention circuit once more. You could say I’m easing into it, because my first show of the year is the Great Lakes Comic Convention in nearby Macomb, Michigan! Truth is, I’d be doing this show even if I weren’t so close by. It’s a fun, family-oriented show with lots of cool guests and vendors. Check out the link to see all the details. Hope to see you there! (Have to admit, I’m running late with the notice, because the show is in just a few days, on Friday February 25th & Saturday the 26th! I’m rusty on convention prep after the last couple years.)
Anyone who knows me or has followed me on social media for very long knows that I love the Baltimore Comic*Con! So I’m excited to remind folks that I’ll be there October 22-24, meeting, greeting, and hawking my wares. Very much looking forward to seeing old friends & fans and making new ones. You’ll be able to find me at BOOTH 3904, between Steve Conley and Thom Zahler, two of those aforementioned old friends and tremendously talented cartoonists both.
An FYI: From what I understand it’s becoming harder and harder to find copies of the now out-of-print (last I heard) Harley Quinn & the Gotham Girls TPB. That being the case, I’m happy to report that I’ll have a bunch (out of my very last box) at the con! Pick one up, have it signed with a smile. OK, technically I’ll be signing with a pen, but I’ll be smiling as I do so!
Next weekend, July 23rd & 24th, I’ll be in Dayton, Ohio for the Gem City Comic Con! I hope to see lots of friends and fans there! I’m fully vaxxed and looking forward to getting back into the convention swing of things. Hope you are too!
(If you’re not vaccinated, please wear a mask. It’s for your own good and that of those around you. Some of whom can’t get vaccinated due to health issue.)
Disappointed that Planet Comicon is having to postpone due to the Covid-19 crisis. Still, I salute them for making the hard call and looking out for their fans, guests, exhibitors, and staff.
Hope that I’ll be able to attend when the show is rescheduled!
I’m starting off my 2020 convention season with a terrific local show!
It’s the 10th Anniversary of the Great Lakes Comic Convention and they’re pulling out all the stops. Lots of great guests, exhibitors, and even prizes!
The show takes place at the Macomb Community College Expo Center at 14500 E. 12 Mile Road in Warren, Michigan. Doors open Friday, February 21 at 5 PM and the fun goes until 9 PM. Then Saturday, show hours are 10 PM to 6 PM.
Come see me at Booth 828 either day. Or both! I’ll have plenty of copies of the new HARLEY QUINN & THE GOTHAM GIRLS Collection, along with lots of other comics, and will happily sign any of my stuff that you bring along. No charge!
